This page describes operational and technical risks observed in the current testnet implementation. It is not a complete risk statement and has not been legally reviewed.
Experimental software
The dApp, smart contracts, keeper processes, and integrations are experimental. Bugs, unexpected behaviour, and partial feature rollout are possible.
Testnet resets and data loss
Balances, tickets, XP records, NFT references, and draw history on testnet may be lost or reset when contracts are upgraded, networks are redeployed, or databases are reconciled.
No real monetary value
tLUCKY is a testnet-only asset with no real monetary value. No testnet balance, XP amount, NFT, ticket, reward or test asset should be treated as having guaranteed permanence, convertibility or real-world monetary value.
Nothing in the demo guarantees performance, profit, or economic return.
Infrastructure and availability
- RPC or fullnode outages may prevent reads and writes.
- Application hosting, API, or UI sync errors may interrupt use.
- Scheduled keeper operations may delay draw settlement or sales.
- Dependency on external services (hosting, database, RPC) creates availability risk.
Contract and rule changes
Smart contract addresses, parameters, schedules, and draw rules may change during testnet development. Always verify active on-chain state before transacting.
Irreversible transactions
On-chain transactions signed on the connected network are generally irreversible once executed.
Wallet errors and security
- Wallet software errors, wrong network selection, or user mistakes may cause failed or unintended transactions.
- Never share your seed phrase or private keys.
- Beware of phishing sites impersonating this application.
- Use only the official site iotaluckyrooms.app and verified community links.
Smart contract risk
On-chain logic may contain defects. Use testnet assets only.
Testnet vs mainnet
Behaviour, tokens, schedules, and economics on testnet may differ materially from any future mainnet deployment.
